Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You want to enquire about our services.
• You have a question or require assistance with a project.
• You want to receive updates by email or sign up to a newsletter.
• You want to use our services.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Third party websites where you enquire about our services.
• You have been referred to us by a third party, for a example an estate agent or surveyor.
• You have requested we get in touch with you via a third party and given them permission to pass your contact details on to us.

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

• We require this information to understand your needs and provide a service.
• Internal record keeping, and to make your information available to parties relevant to your project, including subcontractors, suppliers and other services in connection with the quotation and project, unless you request otherwise
• To notify you about any changes to our service

• If required by law for the purposes of our business requirements, such as auditors or Government bodies

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored at 25, Whitby Road, Milford on Sea, Hampshire, SO41 0NE. 

We keep your contact details for up to 12 months from your initial enquiry. Unless the contact details are required to continue to service the relationship, in which case we will keep the data as long as possible that is required by law after the completion of your project.  We will then dispose your information by securely deleting your data from our online and offline database. Any paper based documents will be securely shredded.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
